Welcome to the State of New Mexico Contracts Database Website. The Executive Branch of Government has authorized this website to provide a searchable database for contracts in excess of $20,000 entered with the State of New Mexico. The Executive Branch of Government strongly supports the principles of transparency in government as a means of building trust and demonstrating public accountability.

DISCLAIMER This website summarizes the expenditures from contracts entered with vendors who do business with the State of New Mexico, and whose contracts either with an individual state agency, or with a collective group of agencies, total more than twenty thousand dollars ($20,000). These are contracts that are entered with the State of New Mexico pursuant to the Procurement Code, or are otherwise within the purview of any state agency. The information on this website is the summary of expenditures that occurred beginning in the fiscal year of 2009 and reflects expenditures that occurred in subsequent years thereafter. Each fiscal year begins on July 1 and ends on June 30th of the following year (i.e., July 1, 2010 thru June 30, 2011). The information contained on this website is made available to the public by the General Services Department (GSD), the Department of Finance and Administration (DFA), the Department of Transportation (DOT) and the Department of Information Technology (DoIT) of the State of New Mexico. Although GSD, DFA, DOT, and DoIT have acted with all due diligence to ensure that only accurate data and information is placed on this website, neither GSD, DFA, DOT, DoIT, nor any other agency, department, division, bureau or sub-entity of the State of New Mexico, assumes legal liability for any information disclosed on this website. This website is intended to help provide transparency in government focused upon contractual expenditures made by the State of New Mexico. A contract, for purposes of this website, is defined as the purchase order used to pay the vendor for their services. Additional information regarding any information on this website may be obtained by contacting the agency associated with the respective contract. The line item descriptions shown on this website coincide with the line item descriptions shown in the SHARE financial system and utilized on the purchase orders processed by the State of New Mexico. Future developmental phases of this website will be implemented and developed as funds and personnel are made available to assist with this project.
